Branson Property Management oversees the day-to-day operations of assets, including:
- Marketing and Leasing of Units/Space
- Collection of Rents
- Tenant Selection (including background and credit checks)
- Hiring/Firing of On-site Staff
- Overseeing the Maintenance and Repair to Units, Buildings, and Grounds
- Overseeing Renovation of Units, Buildings, and Grounds (see Renovation Services)
