If you do not have ready, willing and able staff at your asset you will not be leasing apartment homes.
P For the purposes of this acronym P stands for Pricing. It is essential to the operations of your asset that the apartment homes are priced appropriately. We will help with the determination of appropriate market rents through the preparation detailed market surveys. If the units at your asset are not properly priced at your asset you will not be leasing apartment homes.
A For the purposes of this acronym A stands for Advertising. It is essential to the operations of your asset that appropriate advertising is in place. If appropriate advertising is not in place you will not be leasing apartment homes.
R For the purposes of this acronym R stands for Rent Ready units. It is essential to the operations of your asset that rent ready units are available to show prospective renters. If you do not have rent ready units at your asset you will not be leasing apartment homes.
